KAYE - Mr. M.J. Kaye ​"Mel Kwiatkowski" ​aged 72 passed away, Thursday, January 22, 2015. He was preceded in death by his ​father, Edward Kwiatkowski; daughter-in-law, Amy Kwiatkowski; ​ son, Nicholas Kaye "Nick Kwiatkowski". Surviving are his mother, Anne Marie Schultz; children, Earl (Rosa) Kwiatkowski, Ronda (Al) Lekenta; 8 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brother, Jim (Sue) Kwiatkowski ​; and many great friends​. We would like to Thank Faith Hospice for their wonderful care and support for our Dad.
