We’re here to help you before and after.

Prearranging is one of the most thoughtful things you can do for your family. The preplanning of your funeral, cremation or memorial service not only gives you the opportunity to say a final farewell to those you love, but it also allows you to arrange a flexible payment schedule to relieve the burden of funeral costs at an already difficult time.

Meet with one of our preplanning specialists today to discuss your wishes, or simply fill out the following form so that the funeral home will have it on file when the time comes to make arrangements.

i.e. Grand Rapids, MI

Grief is a burden that’s meant to be shared. Until you’re ready to move on, we’re here to lend a hand. After the services have ended, our concern for you does not. Our Aftercare team will provide the following continued services:

  • Helpful booklets and brochures mailed to your home throughout the year following your loss
  • Many resources provided for your family and friends which give helpful insights into managing the journey through grief

MKD Grief Support Group is currently meeting on the 2nd Monday of each month in the MKD Reception & Event Center, 4145 Chicago Drive SW in Grandville. Parking is available in the funeral home parking lot, on Chicago Drive, and to the west of the Reception Center.

Gene Pearson leads our group with compassion and kindness. He has a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling; is a Licensed Professional Counselor by the State of Michigan; and is a certified Professional Empowerment Coach.
