Rose and family,
Very sorry for your loss, very happy the painful part of your mom’s journey is over, at least for her.
Betz and I have gone through the loss of both parents, and it’s rough. Our hearts go out to all of you.
I will say, the thing that brought us the most comfort during the hardest days following their passing, was trying to remember the names and faces of all of those that went on before them that might be anticipating their arrival.
When you love someone, and they cross over to the other side, it feels like they take a piece of you with them.
I’m pretty sure that when we get there, we get that piece back.
You’re in our thoughts and prayers.

To the best woman I know, who was full of love and forgiveness, my best friend. I'm sorry I wasn't there, in the end, but every night, all I would think is how much I would love a hug from my mom. The kind of love I have for you will never die. We love you dearly and will never forget all the wonderful little things you'd do.
