ORTIZ - Gilbert F. Ortiz, also known as Flako Bellaco, aged 34, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Yesenia; children, Flaviano and Avelycia Ortiz; father, Reynaldo Ortiz; mother, Lori Ortiz; sisters, Rebecca Ortiz, Heather Ortiz; brother-in-law, Jose Felix. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, October 3 at Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. Visitation will be Sunday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to Stegenga Funeral Chapel to assist the family with ongoing expenses.
