JASKA - George V. Jaska age 90 passed peacefully to his heavenly home Tuesday, August 4, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Marie Jaska; brother, Joe Jaska; best friend, Julius Jacob. George is survived by his life-long friends and extended family, Barbara Dittmer and her sons, Guenther (Marcia) Dittmer and Robert (Janet) Dittmer and their children, Zachary Dittmer, Joshua Dittmer, Alexander Dittmer, Lauren Dittmer; extended family, Dawn (Randy) Kropf and her children, Carly (Justin) Javis and Colten Kropf; spiritual support, Sue and Bob Courtade; favorite dog, Breslin; many friends and neighbors. Memorial Mass will be held 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 6390 Belmont Ave. NE, Belmont. George's family will greet relatives and friends one hour prior to the memorial mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Assumption BVM Church.
