Perkins, Cecil Cecil Perkins, age 42 of Wyoming, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 14, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Perkins Jr., his grandparents and nephew, Justin Khalil; Surviving are his mother, Casandra SanMiguel; step-father Ray (Patricia) Robinson; brother and sisters, Leisa (Scott) Robinson, Sherry Perkins, Art Perkins; aunts, Marcia SanMiguel, Terri SanMiguel; many nieces , nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Cecil worked as a Reserve Deputy for Ottawa County for many years and also in the mortgage industry. Fishing was his favorite pastime. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 3pm Monday, October 20, 2014 at Kentwood Community Church, 1200 60th St SE.

I always enjoyed our conversations. Each time, unfortunately not that many, there were many laughs. So sorry there weren't more of them. You always seemed to have a spark within you, now it will help light up our night sky. I pray your family finds comfort in the knowledge that you are with our Lord and Creator now.
