Cecil   Perkins

Perkins, Cecil Cecil Perkins, age 42 of Wyoming, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 14, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Perkins Jr., his grandparents and nephew, Justin Khalil; Surviving are his mother, Casandra SanMiguel; step-father Ray (Patricia) Robinson; brother and sisters, Leisa (Scott) Robinson, Sherry Perkins, Art Perkins; aunts, Marcia SanMiguel, Terri SanMiguel; many nieces , nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Cecil worked as a Reserve Deputy for Ottawa County for many years and also in the mortgage industry. Fishing was his favorite pastime. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 3pm Monday, October 20, 2014 at Kentwood Community Church, 1200 60th St SE.
