I am saddened and shocked to learn Mrs. Anklam has passed. She was my 5th grade teacher and I have always held a special place for her as she was one of the best teachers I had. Then in my junior year I was assigned to be a teacher's aide and was sent to Mrs. Anklam's class! She was just as I remembered her very kind! We shared many laughs and memories that year and the last day I had her sign my yearbook. She wrote in part "from 5th grade to teacher's aide we have come a long way..." Heaven has gained a special teacher! Prayers and hugs to her family

Mrs Anklam was my 3rd grade teacher. She was so kind to me. My little cousin passed away that year and she wrote me the sweetest letter giving me kind words that a 3rd grader would understand. I will never forget her.
