The single fee of $1,050 includes:

• Completion of the death certificate
• Medical Examiner permit authorizing cremation
• Transfer of deceased from place of death to our care (within 30 miles)
• Filing of Social Security notification
• Crematory fee
• Alternative container
• Temporary container for cremated remains (urns available for an additional charge)
