Yvonne Raye Terpstra, age 79, of Allendale, went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 24, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be dearly missed by her husband of 56 years, Larry Terpstra; children, Jeff and Jodi Terpstra, Darcy and Nick Ceglarek, Mark and Carol Terpstra; four grandchildren, Colson, Zane, Isabella, Ryan; brother, Jack and Ruth Snyder; sisters-in-law, Linda and Scott Wingler, Karen Terpstra; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Roger Terpstra. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Spring Valley Church, 5947 Lake Michigan Dr., Allendale, with Rev. Rob Wondergem officiating. A private burial will take place at Allendale Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday, June 28, from 5-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf, 6651 Scott St., Allendale. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society (Research).
