I'm so sorry, I just learned of Yugal's passing because of his birthday on Facebook. I worked with him at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2010-2011. I found him to be kind, funny, and incredibly hard working. He encouraged me to go back to clinical practice when I realized consulting was not the right fit for me. We had not spoken in the last several years, but I remember him fondly. That conversation was a turning point for me in my life, and he approached it with genuine compassion and kindness at a time that I was feeling a little unmoored. My deepest sympathies to his entire family on his birthday.

The Dow R&D team and I worked closely with Yugal at CAS for the last couple of years and we knew him to be an intelligent, thoughtful, and charismatic partner and collaborator for us. We would always look forward to the time that we would get to spend with Yugal and the team during meetings and collaboration sessions because we knew, without fail, that his leadership would bring the right people to the table and help us identify the best mutual path forward. He always kept our needs at the forefront of our discussions and I can’t speak more highly about his willingness and ability (along with Nora, Nate, Chris, and the rest of the CAS team) to make us feel appreciated and heard as customers and partners. Our deepest sympathies go out to Yugal’s family and teammates at CAS. He will be very missed.

I never had the opportunity to meet Yugal, however, thru your baby boy, Nivaan, my Great Nephew, I sensed Yugal's loving spirit. I pray that the archangels surround all of you even more so now and healing to begin for you who have lost a great son, a great husband, a great father, and a wonderful Spiritual being in a human body. May you Rest In Peace In The Spirit World Yugal.

Hi Auntie and Uncle, I will always remember Bobby for making the many boring Indian parties fun with his humor and playing different games with us (hide and seek, tag, king of the mountain). I am so sad to hear of Bobby’s death. I will always remember your family and Bobby coming to my wedding in Chandigarh, India and all of you enjoying your time in India. Love, Jyoti Sharma

I met Yugal in January 2019 when he had just started for CAS and I quickly had to arrange some business meetings in Belgium with Yugal, Pill and Yvonne. We tried to arrange a selfie-photo where we were crossing a pedestrian crossing in Vilvoorde north of Brussels to make us look like The Beatles on "Abbey Road" - but we laughed too hard and failed miserably (I still have the “failed” photographs). I sensed Yugal as what we like to call a "Chaos Pilot" in a very positive manner; very few of his kind. It's so difficult to understand that he is not here anymore. Please accept my deepest condolences. Christian

I first travelled with Yugal immediately after he joined CAS when he came to Brussels along with Jacqueline and Nivvan who was a just a few months old. His professionalism and intellect were immediately apparent and I was knew straight away that he was going to be a supportive and fair boss and a great leader for CAS. He was also obviously devoted to his family and looking forward to showing the world to his son. Since then, we had many great discussions both professional and personal and Yugal was incredibly supportive on the occasions when I needed someone to just listen. Likewise, when I needed suggestions, he was always ready to assist. We already miss him terribly. I cannot imagine what it's like for Jacqueline, Nivvan, his parents of whom he often spoke fondly and the rest of the family and extended family. My deepest sympathies and I will keep you in my thoughts in the years to come. Yvonne Pope.

Yugal was my manager at CAS, and I enjoyed working with him very much. Apart from his professionalism and work ethic, which were top notch, he was an absolute pleasure to share time with. He was tough as nails, matter-of-fact, but also warm and inviting. He was eloquent, thoughtful, humble, and tireless in his dedication. Although I only knew Yugal for a few years, he was a mentor and role model, impacting my personal and professional life in many positive ways. I will miss him dearly, and I am grateful for our time together. My deepest sympathies to his family.

Yugal joined CAS in 2018 and since his starting there we worked together leading teams in a joint project. Yugal always brought a calm and level headed view to work as well as delivering a deep wealth of knowledge that helped our organization grow. Yugal guided his team and in doing so he made the work better. He freely shared his knowledge and expertise and in doing so he enabled and uplifted those around him. Yugal will be missed for his relaxed and caring attitude, problem solving, & leadership. I have felt his loss as a colleague but also have felt the positive impact he has made upon me through our shared experiences. I not lucky enough to meet his family during the time we worked together but I wish them my deepest condolences in this difficult time. I will miss him as both as a colleague and a leader in our organization Deepest sympathies, Chris
