Winifred Geib

GEIB - Mrs. Winifred Geib aged 93 passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014. Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Doug Geib; sons, Gerald Saurman, Scott (Kris) Saurman; stepchildren, Michael Scott (Debbie) Geib, Steven Mark (Sue) Geib, Cheryl (Mack) White, Douglas (Cathy) Geib; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; special family friend, Albertha Bainbridge. Winifred retired from GM Delphi Burlingame Plant after 30 years of service. She enjoyed teaching ceramics for many years and was involved with the RSVP of the Wyoming Police Department. In her free time she enjoyed her time up north at the cabin, hunting, gardening and outdoor activities. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, August 30, 2014 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel - Wyoming, 3131 S. Division Ave. Her family will greet relatives and friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of MI or MapleCreek of Grand Rapids.
