Wilma Mae Schnyders

Wilma Mae Schnyders, age 84, of Hudsonville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 16, 2017.  Wilma lived for Christ, had a servant’s heart, and used her God given gifts as an LPN at the Hudsonville Christian Rest Home for over 33 years.  After retiring, she felt blessed to spend quality time with her children and grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Joost “Joe”; brother, John. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Steve and Tammy Schnyders, Laura Schnyders, Kevin and Janet Schnyders; 13 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Jean and Roland Barchinger, Jack and Lee Nyenhuis, Betty Thymes, Ron and Carol Nyenhuis, Jo Arnoys, Lynn and Dave Setsma, Marjorie and Dick Haines, Ken and Bev Nyenhuis; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Grace Nyenhuis, Harold Schnyders, Pat Schnyders, Clara Schnyders; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 18 at 11 am at Hillcrest Christian Reformed Church, 3617 Hillcrest Rd., Hudsonville, with Rev. Brian Bosscher officiating.  Interment Georgetown Township Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 9:30 - 11:00 am at church prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Hudsonville Christian and Unity Christian Schools.
