Mr. Willis L. Sokolowski, Sr., aged 71, passed away Monday, February 11, 2013. He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence Johnson Sokolowski; brother, Jim Sokolowski; sister, Mary Helen Powell; daughter, Wendy Scarberry; son, Willis Sokolowski, Jr.; daughter, Sophia Sokolowski. Surviving are his wife, Marcia Jo Sokolowski; son, Kazimier John Sokolowski; grandchildren, Shane & Shaun Scarberry, Stephanie, CJ, Cody, Gabby, Ethan, Michael and Travis Sokolowski; great grandson, Mason Sokolowski; father, Kazimier (Helen) Sokolowski; brothers, Sam, Dave and Robert Sokolowski. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 15 at Woodlawn Cemetery (corner of Alger St. and Kalamazoo Ave.).
