William Raymond Clary

William Raymond Clary, age 71, of Grandville passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2019. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Mason. William will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 31 years, Diane; daughter, Natasha (Amanda) Basore; grandson, Parker; son, Jonathan (Andrea) Clary; grandchildren, Rylan, Natalie, Trevyn, TJ, Shya, Aden, and Oliver; daughter, Janie (Alex) Serrano; grandchildren, Layla May and Callie Ray; sisters, Bobbi (Marvin) Lalone, Bonnie (Jerry) Baker; many cousins, nieces and nephews. William proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He loved all sports, playing the Lottery and deer hunting. William was very close to his grandchildren and he lived for them. He was employed at Steelcase and retired after 36 years. Memorial services will be held 3 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2019, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville), 4145 Chicago Drive SW. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Spectrum Health Foundation (Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital).
