William Lee Gardner

William “Bill” Lee Gardner, age 63, of Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, formerly of Wyoming, Michigan, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2026. He was born on January 18, 1963 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Wilma Nyenbrink and Jack Gardner.

Bill had a deep love for the outdoors and could often be found fishing whenever he had the chance. He was a devoted fan of classic rock and enjoyed the simple moments in life that brought people together. More than anything, Bill was known for his willingness to help others, whether it was family, friends, or members of his community. He had a generous heart and took pride in being someone others could count on.

He will be remembered for his kindness, his easygoing nature, and the impact he made on those around him. Bill's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Paula Gardner; brother, Russell Gardner; father, Jack Gardner; mother, Wilma Streeter; and stepfather, William Streeter.

He is survived by his loving family, including his daughter, Melanie Krenselewski (Justin Krenselewski); grandchildren, Leila and Kalix Krenselewski; brother, Scott Streeter (Reina); stepbrothers and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
