William Jay Vander Zouwen

William Jay Vander Zouwen, aged 86, of Jenison, went to his heavenly home on October 24, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Vander Zouwen, son, John Mark Vander Zouwen, and sister, Frances Combs. Surviving are his children, Bill and Jan Vander Zouwen, Tom and Jill Vander Zouwen, Bob and Mary Jo Vander Zouwen, Mike and Cheryl Vander Zouwen, Kari and Mark Trumpie; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sister, Lois and Jack Nyenhuis; sisters-in-law, Dorothy and Ed De Vries, and Louise Brailey; and special friend, Bea Bellamy. He previously worked for Big Dutchman, Stow and Davis and retired from Metal Components, Inc., and Fairhaven Ministries (Business Manager). Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 29, at 11:00 am at Hudsonville Reformed Church, 3950 Highland Dr., Hudsonville, with Rev. Scott Van Oostendorp officiating. Interment at Rosedale Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday, October 28, from 5-8 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville), 4145 Chicago Drive SW.
