William Holland

William “Bill” Herbert Holland, age 74, of Georgetown Township, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Holland; parents, Basil and Iola Holland; and sister, Phyllis Joswick. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of almost 56 years, Jill Holland; children, Bill Holland, Rob and Emily Holland, and Jenny and Lynn Huff; grandchildren: Madeline, Will (Anna), Ashley, Haley, Isabella, Emma, Ryan, Emma, Christian, LJ, Toby, Ava, Addy, Gray, Ana, Annaleigh, Mack, and Cooper. Bill proudly served as the Georgetown Township Supervisor from 2004-2008. He was active with the Singing Men, his church serving as elder and deacon, and served as the first Board President of Eaglecrest Ministries. Bill also served as a coach and umpire with Georgetown Little League. He owned and operated United Art Distributors and DanMark Company for many years. Bill loved spending time with his family, and he will be dearly missed. He also enjoyed hunting with his boys on the family property. We rejoice that he is finally reunited with his son, Tim, and his favorite dog, Casey. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, at Fellowship Church, 6610 36th Ave., Hudsonville, with Pastor Shawn Hulst officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 1-2 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
