William Hamelink

HAMELINK - William Ray (Bill) Hamelink, aged 61 of Grand Rapids, passed away Monday, May 21, 2012. Bill was emplloyed at Frost Inc. for 27 years and Delphi/GMCH for 11 years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Minnie Hamelink. Bill is survived by his wife of 27 years, Carol and their children, Sue Minch and Al Minch; six grandchildren, Jason, Sean and Shannon Minch and Chris, Nate and Matt Petter; and his father, William Hamelink. Also surviving are his brother, David Hamelink and sister, Linda VanderWal; niece and nephews, Cory, Bob and Shelly; along with several brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews. Bill was a member of the American Legion Post #208 where he was Past Commander. Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon Friday, May 25, at Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave., Wyoming. The family will greet relatives and friends Thursday 4 to 6 PM and Friday one hour prior to the service. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
