William Dean Taylor

William Taylor, age 80, of Belmont, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Bill was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who cherished time spent with his family. He dedicated over 25 years of service to General Motors before his retirement. Bill had a lifelong love for NASCAR and enjoyed being outdoors. He found peace and joy in nature, whether he was hunting or spending time target shooting. He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Helen Taylor. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Sandra; children, Jillian and Chris Kaduk; granddaughters, Emmerey Kaduk and Palmer Kaduk; brothers, John Taylor, James and Deb Taylor; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, October 11 at MKD Funeral Home, 1601 Post Dr. NE, Belmont with Rev. Rick Kiekintveld, officiating. Burial will be held at Plainfield Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Saturday from 10-11 am at MKD Funeral Home. Due to Bill’s love for animals, those who wish may make memorial contributions to Harbor Humane Society and Kent County Animal Shelter.
