William “Bill” Henry Bartlett, age 76, of Hudsonville, passed away peacefully and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. Bill was a kind and loving husband, dad, grandpa, and great-grandpa who dearly loved his family. In everything he did, he always took a moment to make sure that everyone heard the gospel message. Many memories were made with the grandchildren over the years, especially at “cousins camp” where both fun and learning about Jesus were the focus. Bill enjoyed being busy and always had a project going. Above all, his legacy of faith and family will be forever cherished. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 57 years, Jeanne Bartlett; children, Deb and Jeff Piersma, Paul and Kimberly Bartlett, Kevin Bartlett; grandchildren, Kyle and Lauren Piersma, Abby and Jon Steffes, Emily and Dakota Prince, Kara and Martin Clason, Paul Jr. and Saydee Bartlett, Samuel Bartlett, Elijah Bartlett, Taylor and Adam Clason, Paige and Cam Mitchell; 9 great-grandchildren with 2 soon to arrive; siblings, Martha and Tony Feldpausch, Betty and Stan Eastman, Tom and Linda Bartlett, Helen and Mike Williams; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Anna Mae and Wayne Karn; many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at noon at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, with Pastor Brian Harrison officiating. The burial will take place at Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Wednesday, December 6, from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Live Oaks Community Church in The Villages, Florida or to The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
