Dear family of Warren, I just learned today of Warren's passing...I know the joy he is feeling now to be reunited with Lois and his Lord and Savior ! I lived 2 doors down at the condos . . .and we had a couple of meaning ful conversations in his driveway before and after my husband passed away in 2019. He was a wonderful neighbor and a pleasure to have known ! Blessings, Lynn Somers

Dear Connie, Dave and Deb, Carla and Hank and your children and grandchildren. I just saw your dad's obituary and I write this with tears in my eyes. What great memories I have of times with your mom and your dad and you too. Love the picture that was posted, it showed that special twinkle your dad had in his eyes especially for his "Rosie". I was in Texas when your mom passed away and have regret that I didn't get to see your dad at that time. Truly heaven's gain and your parents are together again, but the earthly loss is great too. I valued your parent's friendship and they helped me through some pretty rough times, but we had fun times too, especially at the cottage. I just went by it this past summer (my son-in-law's family just purchased a place on Hess Lake). Will be praying that God's love, peace, comfort and grace are with and your families. My deepest sympathy. Ruth

My sincere sympathy to you, Connie and Carla and family. Many times I would walk with your Mom and Dad at Rogers Plaza for exercise. Oh how I enjoyed those times with your folks. Mom filled me in on her two daughters, and dad would talk to me about sports. I always enjoyed speaking to him when we were together. As a relative (De Young or De Jonge side), Instructor at Lee High, and Umpire in softball when His girls were playing, I always enjoyed our conversations. May the Lord keep you close at this time, and your days and months ahead. I know what that is like; as I lost my wife less than seven months ago. She and I would talk to your folks alot at the annual Sept. luncheon reunions.

What a guy! I was a neighbor of Warren , many times He would stop to talk as he came back from his bike ride. , He always could be seen riding that bike. He was a very kind man and the picture is exactly him. That smile, that twinkle in his eyes. Lately He was so discouraged about our world and how it had gone wrong, and so He is out of that world and God took him so now is rejoined with his dear wife, Lois and looking into the face of Jesus. Connie, we were sorry to read that your dad had passed away. Remembering your folks, when we would see each other and I would bow down, people would look at me and wondered, what’s that about. Remembering your dad when he would stop at the hardware store he had a smile on his face that looked like he was up to something mysterious. We will be praying for you during these difficult days. Hello Warren Family, I got to know Warren during his construction days when he was working on projects at Gordon Food Service. Always a joy to talk with and appreciated his workmanship. His walk and talk reminded me very much of my Dad who died in 1978 so that was an incentive to stop and talk with him. Blessing to you.
