Vivian Dashner, age 97, of Petoskey, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sheridan; children, Joseph and Marcia; brothers, Fred, Harold and Tucker; sisters, June and Mildred. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter-in-law, Nancy Dashner of MN; grandchildren, Jeff and Jennifer Dashner of MI, Gwen and Jason Damlow of ND, Gale and Nate Schadewald of CO; great granddaughters, Marisa, Isabel, Mia; sister, Bunnie; several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday 12 pm at St. Francis Xavier, 513 Howard St., Petoskey, with Fr. Denny Stilwell Celebrant. Interment St. Francis Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 11am to 12 pm prior to the service at the church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to American Cancer Society.
