Virginia Warners, age 60, of Wyoming, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, January 14, 2018. With the help of God’s hand she beat cancer, but complications from medication finally took her home. She was preceded in death by her mother, Serena “Ruth” Brummel; father, Richard Brummel; and father-in-law, Loren “Red” Warners.  She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Roger; children, Nick Warners, Steve and Julie Warners, Jeff and Felicia Warners; grandsons, Cullen, Mason, Brecken; sisters, Donna and Rodger Bradell, Sandy and Donald Lipscomb, niece, Cassie Lipscomb, the daughter she never had; mother-in-law, Margaret Warners; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bonnie and Paul DeVries, Jim and Beth Warners, Randy Warners, Tom Warners, Dan and Tammie Warners; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Community Christian Reformed Church, 5250 Byron Center SW, Wyoming, with Rev. Roger Groenboom officiating.  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW and also on Thursday from 10-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the service .  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Calvin Christian Education Foundation.
