Vieoris D. Lewin

Vieoris D. Lewin (Miss Dell) age 78, originally from Clarendon, Jamaica via New York City, who made Grand Rapids, Michigan her home, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, November 24, 2024. 

She will be lovingly remembered by her brother, Lloyd Lewin; her daughter, Arlene (Al) Potter; son, Paul Hendricks; 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Inez (Howe) Lewin and Vernal Lewin as well as her brother, Cleveland Thompson of Clarendon, Jamaica. 

Funeral services will be held 11:30 am on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Madison Square Christian Reformed Church, 1441 Madison Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, with Rev. David Beelen and Andrea Bult officiating.  Burial will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 5-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood and also on Wednesday from 10:30-11:30 am at the church prior to the service.
