Vicky Murphy, age 72, formerly of Grandville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 2, 2025. Vicky had a generous, crafty and oftentimes strong-willed personality. She loved to do puzzles, play Skip-Bo, listen to country music, garden, and she was a great chef. Vicky also had a creative soul with a great imagination, and she loved to paint. More than anything in this world though, Vicky loved her family, and she cherished each moment she spent with them.

She was preceded in death by her son, Adam Murphy; mother, Lucille Gabus; father, Peter Noorman; siblings, Larry Richey, David Noorman, and Sherry Mulder; brother-in-law, Paul Bruce; and nephews, Robert Mason II and Jeremy DeJager. Vicky will be lovingly remembered by her son, Joshua (Jacqlyn) Murphy; daughters-in-law, Nicole Murphy, and Megan Kubiak; grandchildren, Alex Vivoda, Zachary James Murphy, Landon John Murphy, Joslyn Murphy, Ronan Murphy, Hailey Alexander, Jessie Alexander; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Pamela Bruce, Kenneth Noorman; sister-in-law, Patty Richey; brother-in-law, Cliff Mulder; and many nieces and nephews
