Velma Jean Antor

Velma ”Jean” Antor, age 93, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, March 27, 2022. Jean was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed being a homemaker, and sharing her second home on Little Bass Lake with family and friends. Jean and her husband loved to travel, and always enjoyed looking forward to their next adventure. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Bub” Antor; sons-in-law, Paul Krupp, Mark Cvanciger; brothers and sisters, Wayne, John, Ila, and Doris. Velma will be lovingly remembered by her children, Nancy Krupp, Barb and Harry Huffman, Karen Cvanciger, Ronald and Mary Antor; six grandchildren, Derek, Ashley, Cody, Tyler, Ila, Adam; great-grandchildren, Jayla, Crew; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be held at 11am with one hour visitation prior on Thursday March 31, 2022 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church 200 Alpine Church Road NW, Comstock Park, MI 49321 with Father Tony Pelak officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family at MKD Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Drive NE, Belmont on Wednesday from 5-7:30pm with Rosary at 7:30pm. A Christian burial will be held at Holy Trinity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice and St. Judes Children's Hospital.
