Valerie Ann Kleiman, age 72, of Byron Center, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who tirelessly mentored her family in the love of the Lord. Valerie will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 48 years, Dennis; children and grandchildren, Eric and Rachelle Kleiman (Renee and Micah Benson, Joel, and Brielle Kleiman, Lincoln and Alida Elias), Craig and Faith Kleiman (Makenzie, Aubrey), Todd and Rachel Kleiman (Aleah, Amaris, Averly); sisters, Judy Gossett, Connie Wiltse; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Karen and Gary Thinglum, Christine Kleiman, Kevin and Dawn Kleiman; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Greater Life Pentecostal Church, 1667 Wilson Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, 49534. Burial will take place at Spencer Mills Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday, November 20 from 6 to 8 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.
