RENNEY - Thomas "Tom" Renney aged 76 passed away Monday, March 13, 2017. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda; brothers, Robert "Bud", Richard, Louis and Glenn,; sisters, Dot, Eileen, June and Jean. Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Virginia; children, Steve Renney, Rick Renney, Jeff (Tricia Foote) Renney, Tammy Renney, Michelle Renney; grandchildren, Tommy, Ricky (Sara), Rose, Terry, Jeff Jr., Timmy Renney, Amanda (Will) Ashcraft, Stephany (Jeremy) Bardwell, Josh (Megan Garza) Wandron, Clarissa (Tyler McEvoy) Jansma, Rashell (Brian) Hallam, Anthony Cardosa Jr; great grandchildren, Cody, Jasmine, Cy, Bryce, Nicholas, Olivia, Debbie, Jason, Claudia, Stella, Evelyn, Nina; brother, Ralph (Patricia) Renney; sisters-in-law, Ella Renney, Sharon Renney; his in-laws, Claudia Lee, Dolly (Con) Van Tol, Judy (James) Sherman, James Tozer, Larry (Debbie) Tozer; several nieces and nephews. Tom retired from Rockford Public Schools after over 19 years of service. A time of gathering will be held from 1 to 3 PM Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel - Wyoming, 3131 S.
