LAFATA - Mr. Thomas J. Lafata, aged 43, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Sarah Rice, Thomas and Gloria Lafata; birth mother, Judy Rice. Surviving are his wife, Joann; children, Jordan Kolp, Alyssa Lafata, Christopher Lafata; parents, Phillip and Charlotte Lafata; Joann's parents, Joseph and Patricia Kolp. Tom graduated from Godwin Heights Class of 1988. A memorial service will be held 11:45AM Saturday, March 16 at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. The family will greet relatives and friends Saturday 10:00 AM until time of the service.
