I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear Dad. He was quite the character. He would stop at Standard Kitchens to just say "hello" when he was passing by. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. May you feel God's comfort and peace.

Dear Tom and Valerie, We first met your father at church in the late seventies. We appreciated his friendliness and kindness. In 1985 we moved to a house not far from him. Tom appeared with his trailer and spent a day helping us move. He drove by one day and saw us replacing second floor windows and again offered to come in and help. He was always eager to help others. He would often drive by and stop to chat with a smile on his face and a tale to tell. He will be missed.

My Sympathy in the loss of your Dad, he was such a character who made my Dad laugh so many times. They drove to Caledonia school together and my Dad had so many Tom Knol stories. We lived on Sherman St. so he stopped by often. May your memories bring you comfort during this time.
