Thomas Crisman, age 73, of Arizona, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 2, 2024. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Kimberly Crisman, David and his wife Shannon Crisman; grandchildren, Gavin, Caleb, Tate, Lucas, Mya, Mabel, Josh, Jada, Adi, Elise, Anastasia, and Annabelle; siblings, Ed and Janea Crisman, and Terri and Frank Bruno. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Stuart and Mary Jane Crisman; son, Jason Crisman; and brother, Mark Crisman. He was a certified tennis instructor and was a varsity high school tennis coach. Thomas loved to play pickleball, was an avid golfer, and loved to travel, but most of all he loved being with his grandchildren and making memories with them. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024, 1 pm, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood. Relatives and friends may greet the family from 12-1 pm prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a memorial contribution to The Lucas Project.
