Thomas Dale Kronlein

Thomas Dale Kronlein, age 55, of Allendale, passed away due to a sudden illness on Friday, March 24, 2017, and went to be with the Lord Jesus, his Savior. He was a genuine man of God, gentle, strong. He took care of everyone the Lord gave him. A Navy man who served during Desert Storm, he loved to study the military. He often delighted his friends with his insights and knowledge over a vast number of subjects. Tom is lovingly remembered by his neighborhood as Old Man Kronlein, OMK. He was the smiling face that greeted his fellow church attenders at Crossroads Bible Church. He was the delight of his wife for 20 years, the woman he called Miss Kim or Sweet Girl. The world needs more faithful men like him.  Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Kim; parents, Tom and Judy Kronlein; sister, Lynne Wiggins; brother and sister-in-law, Pete and Barby Kronlein; nieces and nephews, Ben and Bre, Rachael, Sam, Anna, and Luke; mother-in-law, Janet Nash.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 11 AM at Crossroads Bible Church, 800 Scribner Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI with Pastor Brad Klaver officiating.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Crossroads Bible Church (Family Fund or Refugee Care Initiative).

What a joy it was to go to school and graduate with our class president, Tom. He always was quick with a smile and an infectious laugh. I'm sure Jesus opened his arms and said, "Well done " when Tom went home to be with him. Fond memories will remain in our hearts forever. Tammy Ginther-Parker

Dear Kronlein Family, please except my deepest condolences for the loss of your loved one Tom. May Jehovah, the God of all comfort, (2Corinthians 1:3,4) comfort you in this time of sorrow. May you find comfort in His word that gives us hope that one day there will be no more sickness (Isaiah 33:24) and that there will be no more pain and death. (Revelations 21:3,4) We will also be able to see our loved ones that are asleep in death again by means of the resurrection that Jesus spoke about at John 5:28,29, and all those in Jehovah's memory will live forever in peace, on earth. (Psalms 37:29) If you would like to learn more about the wonderful hope and blessings found in God's word the bible, please visit jw.or and may the peace of God that excels all thoughts, guard your very souls
