Theresa M.  Asta

Asta, Theresa M. Theresa M. Asta, aged 83 of Grand Rapids passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, November 2, 2014.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Matteo and Rose Asta. She is survived by her aunt, Connie Sieroslawski and numerous cousins.  Theresa graduated from Catholic Central High School, received her Bachelors Degree from Aquinas College and Masters Degree from Western Michigan University. The Service of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Chapel (Kentwood), 4646 Kalamazoo SE with visitation from 9am until the time of the service.  Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.   The family requested that memorial contributions be given to St. Andrews Catholic Church.
