Theodore Paul Cipponeri

Theodore Paul Cipponeri, age 84, of Kentwood, passed away and went to his Lord on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 after a long struggle with Parkinson’s Disease. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Josephine; brother, Frank and sister, Virginia. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years, Freda; loving sister, Ann Gerritsen; brother, Paul and Jeri Cipponeri; sisters-in-law, Gladys Fitch, and Mabel Laudermilt of Youngstown, OH; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Ted was a US Army veteran. The family wishes to thank Ted’s caregiver Joan Harwood from Primary Healthcare, and Dr. George Bruins for their loving care shown to Ted. Ted retired from Old Kent/Fifth Third Bank after 40 years of service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday 11 am at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 1253 52nd At. SE, Kentwood, with Fr. Peter Vu Celebrant.  Entombment Resurrection Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 10-11 am at the church prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to Spectrum Health Hospice.
