Thelma Gertrude Van Noord

Thelma Gertrude Van Noord, age 91, of Wyoming, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, January 3, 2018.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Bob Van Noord and her granddaughter, Brenda Sue DeHaven. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Ruth and Max DeHaven, Karen and Rev. Ken Kuiper, Mary and Ed  VanPutten, Nancy and Arie Docter; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; brother, John Baar; sisters, Doris Steenbergen, Donna and Arnold Tillema; and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.  with Rev. Bruce Osbeck and Rev. Ken Kuiper officiating.  Interment Grandville Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
