Terri Lyn Greenway

October 1, 1954 ~
May 20, 2024

Terri Lyn Greenway (Marshall, Cline), aged 69 of Belmont, Michigan, passed away peacefully at home in the arms of her loving husband and best friend, Greg Greenway on May 20, 2024. She is finally able to rest after living a beautiful life surrounded by family and friends. She was always willing to be a sounding board and offer any help or guidance that she could, no matter what she had going on personally. She enjoyed decorating for the holidays and every Halloween we could count on going over to her haunted house where she would have the most fun spooking everyone who was brave enough to venture in. She loved these moments, especially with her grandchildren. Throughout her life, she enjoyed golfing, going to the lake, camping, bingo, puzzles, painting and creating artistic pieces to share with her family, playing video games where she would record in detail every aspect of the game, every step of the way to be sure it was fully complete. If she could pick a perfect day, you may find her playing slots at the casino, and even if her chips were down, her cup was overflowing. She prided herself on cooking meals that brought her family together and fed us so much love throughout the years. Her smile, laughter, love and energy will be forever missed and will live on through all of those who had the pleasure of knowing, experiencing and loving her. She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Greg Greenway; daughters, Tabatha (Josh), Sabrina (Jeff); bonus children, Dustin, Jeni and Kyle (Ashley); grandchildren, Austin, Madison, Alexander, Logan, Lyndsey, Daniel, Leigha, Lilyan, Ryan, Bailey, Brodie, and Landon; siblings, Richard, Connie, Mary, Debbie and Cherel; as well as many other family and friends. Her heart also overflowed with love for her faithful companions, her cats Boo, Ice, and Spice as well as any other stray cat that would come to her doorstep. We take comfort in knowing that as her energy transcended from this world, she was reunited with loved ones who passed before her, including her parents, LD and Marjorie Marshall; her brothers, Gary, Dale, David, and Steven; her dear friend, Rose Bacon; and many others who she held dear to her heart and memories throughout her life. May her spirit continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She shared that her favorite flower was the Lily of the Valley, adding “It’s the ringing of the little bells, lets me know it’s time to go.” - Terri Lyn, a beautiful soul. Memorial services will be held Tuesday 11 am at MKD Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Drive NE, Belmont, MI with Rev. Dennis Gilbert officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
