Teri Ann Hytinen, age 69, gained her angel wings on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. Teri will be remembered for gardening with her radio on, obsession for cleaning the house or sitting on her porch with a beer in hand. She was an avid reader and enjoyed scratching lottery tickets. She loved playing card games with her grandkids or watching Hallmark movies. Teri will be greatly missed for her heart of gold, spit-fire sense of humor, and the genuine care she had for her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Max and Joyce Lytle and grandson, Cameron Bernick. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Shawn (Shari) Vincent, Aarin (Jay) Vincent, Ashleigh Hytinen; grandkids: Shea, Darien, Evyn, Jayleanah, Mason, Janessa; sister, Sherry (Russ) Spencer and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life service for Teri will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 24 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, Grandville, with Rev. Dennis Gilbert officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family an hour prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
