Teresa “Terri” Brinks

Teresa “Terri” Lynn Brinks, of Grand Rapids, MI, born on December 30, 1985, passed away unexpectedly after a short illness on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ben and Teresa Brinks of Kentwood, Aukie and Clara Bouma of Jenison.  Terri is survived by her precious son, Benjamin “Benny” (age 5); father, Larry Brinks of Grand Rapids; mother, Shirley Bouma-Brinks of Jenison; brother, Thomas Brinks of Niles, MI; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Rev. Mark Kleinheksel officiating.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Saturday from 2:00-2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
