Teresa Marie Jones

January 17, 1960 to July 1, 2019

With great sadness we are here to say Teresa passed away from an illness of COPD. She leaves behind her husband of 42 years, Rick; daughters: Amanda, Shelly, Kristi; three grandkids: Alliyah, Ava, Jaxon; two sisters: Mary (Brad) and Debra (James); many in-laws, nephews and nieces; and Neal, who still gave us a family discount.  Even though she moved away and graduated from another high school, her school spirit stayed at Lee High, where she was a cheerleader, on the honor roll, and had many friends. She later worked in the office of a large company.  A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood, with Jeff Russell officiating.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice.
