Suzanne Kay Raglin, age 74, of Jenison, lost her battle with cancer on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. She was born with a head of red hair on April 27, 1949, to Chester and Doris Daniels. Suzanne graduated from Greenville High School in 1967 and received her LPN from Montcalm Community College. She went on to work at United Memorial Hospital from 1967 - 1981. Suzanne married Mark Raglin in 1981 and together they had two sons, Brett and Lee, and welcomed her first grandson in 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandson, Navin Raglin. Suzanne will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 42 years, Mark; children, Brett and Holly Raglin, Lee Raglin; grandson, Nolan Raglin; siblings, Douglas and Mary Daniels, Kelly and Jackie Daniels, Kerry and Allan Ott; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2023, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Jon Nauta officiating. Burial will take place at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 5-8 pm and also on Friday from 1-1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Holland.
