Susan C. Weeber, age 75, of Hudsonville, went home to be with her Lord on July 5, 2018.  She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 55 years, Ben; children: Ben Jr. and Lisa Weeber, Eric and Donna Weeber, Rod and Colleen Weeber, Brenda Weeber; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters: Cindy Keller, Linda and Ron Kline; many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Viola and Jim Borgess, Richard Braun.  Susan loved to care for her family and was a nurse for 35 years.  She also loved to read, bowl and go to the movies.  According to her wishes, cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood.    Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Burial at Resurrection Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
