Please contact me. I have some photos of Steve to share from when he was about age 9. We were best friends who lived across the alley from each other when he lived with his grandparents on West Laketon. One photo is of all the neighborhood kids--mostly girls. It was less than a year later that we moved to California.

My deepest sympathies and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Please allow memories and laughter hold you. I have thought of Steve often this morning. He was my date for the winter prom and my corsage was gardenias. He laughed while doing doughnuts in the snow. These are the warm memories I have of him. God hold you all tightly in His hands.

Memories of Steve always bring a smile to my face. When John was young they would often stay at our house when visiting Muskegon. Steve's health this past year was not always pleasant and I know he is now at peace. He loved and was very proud of his three boys. We extend our sympathies to Jim, Joe, John, and their families.

Steve will indeed be missed greatly. We're so sorry to not be able attend his services because of travel out of state. Please know that he, and all of you, will be in our thoughts during this difficult time.

Steve was a wonderful cousin. He was my sponsor for my Confirmation. He attended my graduations from Musk. Catholic Central, George Washington University in Wash. DC and from Cooley Law School. We had many good times having dinner and getting together in recent years. He will be missed. Our condolences to Jim, Joe and John. Mike.

I would like to offer my deepest condolences to the Pontious family. Losing a loved one is never easy. However, the Bible offers us a wonderful hope in that we will see these precious ones again soon (John 5:28,29). May the God of all comfort strengthen you during this difficult time.
