Stanley Veltema

Stanley J. Veltema, age 98, of Jenison, went to be with his Lord on Sunday, April 7, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Wilma; daughter, Linnea Veltema; grandson, Caleb Storteboom; and four siblings. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Richard Veltema, Mary Veltema, Jo Anne and Chuck Rowe, Sandy and Jim Jager, Trudy and Jim Storteboom; grandchildren, A.J. Jager, Tricia and Calvin VanKoevering, Staci and Jeremy Clawson, Erika and Tyler VanderMeulen, Autumn Storteboom, Alexis and Spencer Smith, Andrew and Kortney Storteboom, and Elizabeth Storteboom; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Esther Rozeveld; sister-in-law, Emily Veltema; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Baldwin Street Christian Reformed Church, 2101 Baldwin St. Jenison with Pastor Ron Baker officiating. Burial will take place at Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 10-11 am at the church prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Christian School of your choice.
