Shirley   Johnson

Shirley Johnson, age 80, of Grandville, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday afternoon, August 17, 2014.  She will be lovingly remembered by her family.  Surviving are her children, Sally and Jerry King, Duane and Teresa Johnson, Gary and Chari Johnson, Sheryl and Mark Brunsink; her grandchildren, Randy and Kristen King, Shelley and Marcus Voss, Brian and Angie Johnson, Alison and Troy Jeup, Drew Johnson, Blaire Johnson, Zachary Brunsink, Abigail and Dan Dominguez, Joshua Brunsink, and Lydia Brunsink; her great grandchildren, Karter Voss, Allie Voss, Owen Johnson, and Judah Dominguez; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Jessie Wierenga, Roberta Wierenga, Bob Poll, Betty and Al Wynalda.  She is united in heaven with her husband, Neal Johnson; parents, Martin and Henrietta Wierenga; brothers, Melvin Wierenga, and Robert Wierenga.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday 11:00 AM at  Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive SW with Rev. Greg Brower officiating.  Interment Grandville Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation.
