Sharon Claire VanKlompenberg, age 83, of Atlantic Mine, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, January 29, 2024. Sharon enjoyed camping and spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Johanna Bosch; brother, Glen (Helen) Bosch; parents-in-law, Walter and Francis VanKlompenberg. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, Walter VanKlompenberg; children, Tim (Amy) VanKlompenberg, Tom (Lara) VanKlompenberg, Doug (Nicole) VanKlompenberg; Dawn (Matthew) Andriessen; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; nephew, Martin (Carol) Bosch; great-niece, Andrea Bosch; and her special friends from Georgetown Manor. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 3, at 11 a.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. The burial will take place at Grandville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday, February 2, from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Aspirus At Home.
