Sharon Terpstra

Terpstra, Sharon Kay 71, of Hudsonville, Michigan passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 after a long and courageous battle with Leukemia. Sharon is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Eileen Hogan, and brother Dale Hogan. She is survived by her sister Connie (Tim) LeValley, brother Charles (Nancy) Hogan, daughters Christine (John) Johnstone and Teresa (Ryan) Rinvelt, and grandchildren Chelsea and Cameron Roelofs, and Lydia Rinvelt. Sharon had a zest for life and was truly one-of-a-kind. Her independent spirit and "feisty" personality will be remembered by all who knew her. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the team at the Spectrum Health Bone Marrow Transplant Center for the loving care that she received over the past several months, as well as the selfless and anonymous bone marrow donor. A memorial service will be held at Central Reformed Church, 10 College Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 on Friday, June 7 at 11:00am. Visitation will take place one hour before services begin.
