Scott Hoag

HOAG - Scott D. Hoag aged 51 of Grand Rapids, passed away Friday, January 6, 2012. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Oliver Hoag. Surviving are his wife of 25 years, Lori; daughter, Stephanie; mother, Joan (David) Peterson; father, James (Anne Marie) Hoag; grandma, Edith Wierenga; brother, Chip Peterson; sister, Cheryl White; also surviving are Lori's parents, Larry and Peg Dells; her brother and sister, Raymond (Susan) Dells, Barb (Art) Porter; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A celebration of Scott's life will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE., Belmont. His family will greet relatives and friends Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made towards an educational fund being established for Stephanie.
