Barnes - Scott Eugene Barnes, aged 66 of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday August 28, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Barnes and Emmagene Suttorp. Scott is survived by his children, Scott (Angela) Barnes, Jennifer (David Hosfelt) Barnes; 4 grandchildren; brothers, Dan (Maurine) Barnes, Paul (Becky) Barnes, Chris Barnes and his former wife, Monika Barnes. Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, September 2, 2016 at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. Family will greet with friends and relatives Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and one hour to the service on Friday. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
