Sandra L. Bruegeman, age 64, of Allendale, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 19, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Arlene Schut.  She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 31 years, Reg; children, Chris (Shelly) Schuknecht, Rhonda Hoppa, and Jennifer Bruegeman; grandchildren, Corbin, Kolbe, Emma, Kaden, and Kyrah; brothers, Randy (Betty) Schut, Mike (Maggie) Schut; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.  Sandy was a loving, caring, dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She was a kind hearted person who enjoyed helping others. She took great pride in the work that she did for Mike Schaap Builders as a cabinet finisher. She enjoyed camping and motorcycle riding with Reg and the family.  Sandy enjoyed spending time in the outdoors gardening and then canning the fruits of her labor. Sandy was a faith filled woman who had a servant’s heart and worked tirelessly to pass on her faith in her God and Saviour. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 27, 2019, 2:30 pm at Lighthouse Community Church, 7624 Lake Michigan Dr., Allendale, with Pastor Steve Demers officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 1:00 - 2:15 pm at the church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer.
